The tourist tax is 2,50 PLN / person / day, payable by bank transfer, including the payment for the stay.
Special package for guests arriving from Sunday to Thursday inclusive, for a minimum of 3 and 4 days - price 160 - 260 PLN / day (Does not apply to winter holidays, May Day weekend, public holidays and holidays.)
One-time fee: for final cleaning, apartment ozonation, change of bed linen and towels 200 PLN.

For each additional adult and for an unregistered person, a fee is charged in the amount of PLN 100 per person per night. Increases or discounts apply when booking for bigger or smaller number of guests.

Studio Tatrachata is an apartment located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. A beautiful fireplace warms up and adds charm. The studio has two corner balconies with a breathtaking view of The Giewont and Czerwone Wierchy. From every window and balcony of the apartment you can admire the panorama of The Tatra Mountains. There is a barbecue gazebo next to the building. The studio includes a parking space in a monitored car park and free WiFi Internet access.
On the day of arrival guests of the Tatrachata apartment will receive a gift in the form of:
coffee beans,
packed tea,
sugar, spices and salt,
sweets,
liquid soap, shower gel, shampooand toilet paper,
firewood,
in the kitchenette: a dish washing sponge, a small amount of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets.
More firewood for the fireplace can be purchased at the Lewiatan grocery store or at the BP station in Kościelisko.

The apartment has an iron and ironing board. The facility is gated and secured, garden, barbecue gazebo, breakfast - catering additionally payable - PLN 20 / person. It is possible to organize horse-drawn carriage rides in summer, and horse-drawn sleigh rides in winter for an additional fee.

- WITOWIANKA restaurant in Witów 205d gives a 10% discount on the bill upon presentation of the coupon.
- 15% discount in Chochołowskie Termy for the purchase of admission tickets to the swimming pools. The voucher must be presented at the time of purchasing tickets in Chochołów 400.
- 20% discount for our guests to PIWNE SPA in Zakopane
Guests will receive vouchers on the day of arrival at the apartment.
Guestes will receive a Karta Tatrzańska (Tatra CARD),thanks to which you will receive discounts, e.g. in restaurants, thermal baths and museums. Current information on the website www.kartatatrzanska.pl
In addition, for our regular guests we have a 10% discount from the standard price when booking another stay for at least 4 nights within the next 6 months from the date of departure. When booking an apartment, please provide the date of your last stay.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
